In the event that The Client rents equipment, The Client will make a deposit of $250.00 USD that will be refunded to The Client upon finishing the service if the equipment is returned in perfect conditions.
If the equipment has suffered any damage or breakage, AVE Tours will only return a certain percentage of the deposit accordingly with the magnitude of the damage or breakage.
If The Client looses the equipment or if it is stolen from The Client, AVE Tours will not return the deposit partially or totally.
AVE Tours will be at the disposition of The Client to solve any difficulty if it is required to intervene, regarding this contract and the local companies involved in the above mention services.
The service may last according to The Client’s request.
In case that this service is contracted for 1 month or more, AVE Tours will notify The Client 48 hours before one month rent is expired, the amount that should be paid for the services received in that period of time, The Client is obliged to pay the amount owed within the 48 hours.
